Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes when you receive an item, it just doesn't feel right. If you wish to return your purchase that your ordered from us online, you must do so within 14 days of receiving your item(s). We will then refund the price paid for the goods purchased.


In order to receive the refund, the goods must be unworn (with the security tag still attached) and in the original condition when the item was received. Once we receive the goods, they will be thoroughly checked. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above standard is not met. We will endeavour to make a fair compromise in line with our company values. 


We do not offer refunds on any Bespoke Piece or Engraved (item unless misdescribed or faulty).

  • Parcel the goods in the original box and securely deal the package. We can not accept any responsibility of this package on it's return to us. Please use Royal Mail Special Delivery where possible. This will be done at your own cost and liability (insurance).

We also appreciate that sometimes you can change your mind after the 14 days, or rather than requesting a refund getting something else. As always, we are here to help. We offer Exchanges on items purchased online up to 30 days after receipt of the goods. 


Exchanges follow much of the above, but rather than going through that process just give us a call and explain that you would like an Exchange. We will then record your details and contact you with the next step when it is convenient to you.
