Shipping

Any UK order placed online before 2pm on Monday - Friday will be sent and received the next day*. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day (Monday - Friday). All of our orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery and require a signature at delivery, so please make sure someone is present to receive the parcel at the destination. To track your delivery, your order will be issued a tracking number which you can then track here.


Postage Charges


All UK orders under £49.99 - £4.99

All UK orders over £50.00 - Free 


Gift Wrapping is a free of charge service, please state you would like Gift Wrapping in the comment section of your checkout or by contacting us shortly after placing the order.


Adjustments to Items


If you require an item to be sized or adjusted, please allow up to 10 working days for the adjustment to be made and then dispatched to your destination. On completion of the adjustment, we will contact you to confirm you are ready for receipt of the order, once a dispatch date has been agreed your 1-3 day delivery time will commence.

Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm. However, sometimes due to reasons outside of our control, it can take longer. As Royal Mail's Terms and Conditions may change without notice in reference to this service, if you find your order has not been received in a timely manner, please get in contact with us and we will speak to Royal Mail about the delivery on your behalf. We cannot be held liable for any delays outside of our control.

If you would like to collect the order in-store, please select 'Pick Up' under the delivery section of our website. Once the order has been processed, we will contact you to confirm which store you would like to collect from, Plymouth or Kingsbridge. From there, we will be able to give you a collection date for the order.  


Collections available Monday to Saturday - 9:30am until 5:00pm

Closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays
